After every install and every DIY delivery, we send the customer one request: tell us honestly how it went. We publish the reviews, names and details included, that customers have given us permission to use.
If something went wrong, we want to hear it before it becomes a review. Complaints go to the service team first so we can put it right. If a customer still wants their criticism public after that, we publish it. We don’t hide the hard ones.
